Police Message to Parents
If you're bringing littlies to enjoy the Show, help Police to re-unite the family if one gets lost. Obtain a wristband from the Show stand at Stockland Earlville (6th July – 14th July) or from the entry gates at the Show; the Pakmag Parents Room or the Police stand at the Show, both in the 4CA Fred Moule Exhibition Centre.
Parents should write their mobile phone number on the wrist band so police can call them if a child gets lost. Make sure you have that mobile phone with you at the Show.
Please report your lost child to the Police Office, which is located under the Grandstand on the side near the De Jarlais Member's Pavilion. Make sure your child has a wristband with your mobile telephone number on it.
Cairns Access Card and Companion Cards
The Cairns Show participates in the both the Cairns Access Card and National Companion Card systems.
Show the Gatekeeper your Access or Companion Card and your carer gets free entry.
EFTPOS Cash Out
EFTPOS terminals will be located just inside the front gates near the Show Office.
An ATM Machine will be located at the HotFM Scott St Gate on the back wall of the ticket office and in the 4CA Fred Moule Exhibition Centre near the toilets. Normal Transaction Charges will apply.
The Cairns Show Ground is a smoke-free environment. Smoking in only permitted in signed, designated areas. Please refer to the map in the centre pages of the Cairns Show Guide for the location of designated smoking areas.
Please be careful - On the Spot Fines can be issued for non-compliance.

Disabled Set down is the Corner of Mulgrave Road and Severin Street.
Please note: The bus stop directly outside the Show Ground Main Entrance is NOT in use during the Show.

5 Disabled Parking bays have been allocated in Severin Street, near Mulgrave Road and another 5 bays in severin street, outside St Augustine's College Swimming Pool.
Information Booth, Cloakroom, Stroller, Wheelchair and Motorised Scooter Hire
Located next to the Show Office, just inside the Main Gates on Mulgrave Road, Volunteers from the Cancer Council Queensland will happily provide you with information on where to find things, look after all your show goodies while you continue to enjoy yourself or hire you a stroller for the tired little ones. All proceeds will go to the Cancer Council Queensland.
The Feed and Change Room is open from 10am to 8pm each Show Day. Run by volunteer members of the Australian Breastfeeding Association, the Feed and Change Room offers an air conditioned room in which parents can change and feed their babies. A microwave is available to warm milk, and chairs are set up to rest the weary feet of parents while they tend to their children. It is located near the Animal Nursery on the south side of the Show Ring.
A Parents Room is also located in the 4CA Fred Moule Exhibition Centre courtesy of Pakmag & Stockland. Located next to the Pakmag stand, opposite the toilets.
