INSIDE SITE INCLUSIONS
The following items are included* in your site cost:
- Partitions 2.4 metres high (boothing walls as required)
- Carpet tiles
- Fascia board, signage and lighting
- 1 x 10 amp power point (wired)
Charges will apply should changes be required during set-up to either partitions or fascias that have not been noted on the site application.
The Fred Moule Exhibition Centre is fitted with large ceiling fans to make your exhibiting more pleasant. * For sites inside the Fred Moule Exhibitor Centre – Kids Zone (Site 17) and Marketplace (Site 30), only 2x trestle tables and chairs are included in your site cost.

SITE STEWARD’S OFFICE – FRED MOULE EXHIBITION CENTRE
A Site Steward’s office is located at the southern end of the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre. The office will be open Tuesday to Friday from 9.00 am until closing time during Show week.
EXHIBITOR’S TEA ROOM
Fred Moule Exhibition Centre offer its exhibitors the use of a tea room located at the southern end of the building. It will be open Tuesday to Friday of show week.

ADDITIONAL WORKERS PASSES
Additional one day passes must be purchased by the site holder for working staff at $18 each. The Cairns Show Association reserves the right to limit these. Purchase of more than 10 workers passes must be accompanied with a copy of the staff roster. Volunteers and staff must work a minimum of 4 hours to qualify for an additional worker’s pass. Workers passes must be ordered by Tuesday 15 July or full admission prices apply.
Workers passes can be collected during business hours from Thursday 10th July until Tuesday 15th July from the Cairns Show Association administration Office. Ticket collection will require identification by site holder or authorised person.
EXHIBITOR PARKING & CAR PARK PASSES
There is an allocation of car parking available to all exhibitors behind the Horticulture Pavilion (normally the Cairns Recreation Youth Centre) at an additional cost. Access is via Mulgrave Road near the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre. Exhibitors enter through the Horticultural Pavilion building before and during the event. The number of car parks allocated for the use of site holders is limited to a maximum of two car park spaces per site which need to be pre-purchased. Car park cost $15 per vehicle, per day and non-transferable. Car park can be booked during the application process and paid for with site fees. Additional car park spaces may be allocated subject to availability.
During Showtime, exhibitors are able to park on the roads around the vicinity of the Cairns Showgrounds. However the roads in the immediate sides of the Showgrounds (Severin Street & Mulgrave Road) have been reserved as ‘authorised parking zones’. Please check the street signage prior to parking during show days.
SECURITY
After hours security is commences from Monday 14th July to the evening of Saturday 19th July. The Fred Moule Exhibition Centre is also locked after each day of the Cairns Show. If you require access when the show grounds gate is locked please contact security on 0404 922 605. Exhibitor identification will be required.
POWER
A four outlet power board with an overload facility (eg. Ring Grip or Kambrook) is allowable if more than one x 10amp power point is required. All leads must be tested and tagged (this is a state law requirement) and be clear of the ground and must not impede the flow of pedestrians and vehicles. If requirements are different, our electrician must be aware of this to avoid an overload situation occurring. The Cairns Show Association disallows the use of double adaptors to prevent overloading of circuits.
FOOD VENDORS
There is a limited number of hot food vendors permitted inside the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre – Sites 63-65 only. No gas bottles or frying is permitted inside the pavilion. For Hot Food opportunities please see below under “Food / Marketplace”.
Pre-packaged and snack food vendors are permitted throughout the Food/Marketplace Zone.
