Returning Exhibitors will have first access to reapply for their exiting site (must be same location and product offering). Any location or product changes will be considered prior to accepting your booking.

Returning exhibitors can be renewed from 1st October until 15th November 2023 to confirm your return for the 2024 Cairns Show. 

Applications to open to new exhibitors / the general public on 16th November 2023. New applicants will be assessed based on product lines, safety and suitability. New applications are not guaranteed until approval is given and full payment is received by the due date.

  • Early Bird bookings: submit an online application, all necessary paperwork (public liability certificate, food license) and full site fees by 30th November (a tax invoice will be issued). Receive a $60 (inc GST) discount per stall.
  • Standard bookings: submit application, all necessary paperwork (public liability certificate) and 50% deposit within 7 days of issue tax invoice is issued. Full payment to be received by 30th April 2024.
  • Late bookings: Applications received post 30th April 2024, full payment is required within 7 days of issue of invoice to secure booking.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • COVID directives are currently not mandated by the Queensland Government, the Cairns Show Association highly recommends all exhibitors continue to implement COVID safe measures.
  • Single-use plastic products such as straws, plates, bowels, cutlery, stirrers and expanded polystyrene take away-food containers are now banned. The ban took effect 1 September 2021. Exhibitors at the Cairns Show must comply with this requirement. More information can be found from the Qld Government website
