The following items are included* in your site fee:
- 2.4m-high partition walls, as required
- Carpet tiles
- Fascia board with exhibitor signage
- Site lighting
- 1 x wired 10-amp power outlet
Additional charges may apply where changes to partitions, fascia or site configuration are requested during bump-in and were not included in the original site application.
The Fred Moule Exhibition Centre is fitted with large ceiling fans to provide greater comfort for exhibitors and visitors throughout the Show.
* Please note: Kids Zone (Site 17) and Marketplace (Site 30) have different site inclusions. These sites include 2 x trestle tables and chairs in the site fee.

SITE STEWARD’S OFFICE
The Site Steward’s Office is located at the southern end of the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre.
The office will be open from Tuesday 13 July through to Friday 16 July 2027, from 9.00am until close during Show week.
The Site Steward is available to assist exhibitors with site-related enquiries during bump-in and throughout the Show.
EXHIBITOR TEA ROOM
Exhibitors in the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre have access to a dedicated tea room located at the southern end of the building.
The tea room will be available from Tuesday 13 July to Friday 16 July 2027.

Complimentary passes are provided for exhibitors and staff working on your site during the Cairns Show.
ADDITIONAL WORKER PASSES
Additional one-day worker passes may be purchased by the site holder for $18 each.
The Cairns Show Association reserves the right to limit the number of additional worker passes issued. Requests for more than 10 additional worker passes must be accompanied by a staff roster.
Staff and volunteers must be rostered to work a minimum of four hours to qualify for a worker pass.
Additional worker passes must be ordered by Tuesday 13 July 2027. After this date, standard gate admission prices will apply.
Worker passes may be collected from the Cairns Show Association Administration Office prior to the Show. Identification will be required from the site holder or an authorised representative when collecting passes.
EXHIBITOR PARKING & CAR PARK PASSES
Limited exhibitor parking is available behind the Horticulture Pavilion, within the Cairns Recreation Youth Centre car park, at an additional cost.
Access is via Mulgrave Road, near the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre. Exhibitors can access the Showgrounds through the Horticulture Pavilion before and during the event.
A maximum of two car park passes per exhibitor site may be purchased, subject to availability.
Car park passes are:
- $15 per vehicle, per day
- Non-transferable
- Required to be pre-purchased
- Available to book during the exhibitor application process and paid with your site fees
Additional parking spaces may be made available subject to availability.
During the Show, exhibitors may also use legal street parking in the surrounding area. Please note that sections of Severin Street and Mulgrave Road may operate as authorised or restricted parking zones during Show days. Exhibitors are responsible for checking all street signage before parking.
SECURITY
After-hours security will operate throughout Show week, commencing Monday 12 July 2027 and continuing until the evening of Saturday 17 July 2027.
The Fred Moule Exhibition Centre is secured and locked at the conclusion of each Show day.

Exhibitor identification will be required.
POWER & ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
Each standard inside site includes 1 x wired 10-amp power outlet.
Where additional outlets are required, exhibitors may use a four-outlet power board fitted with an overload protection facility, such as Ring Grip or Kambrook.
All electrical leads and equipment must:
- Be appropriately tested and tagged
- Be maintained in safe working condition
- Be positioned so they do not create a trip hazard or obstruct pedestrian or vehicle movement
If your site has additional or specialised power requirements, these must be advised in advance so that our electrician can assess the electrical load and make appropriate arrangements.
Double adaptors are not permitted due to the risk of circuit overload.
FOOD VENDORS
A limited number of hot food vendors are permitted within designated areas of the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre.
Gas appliances and gas bottles are not permitted inside the Pavilion. Frying is also not permitted within indoor exhibitor sites.
Pre-packaged food, confectionery, snacks and other suitable food products may be permitted throughout the Food / Marketplace Zone, subject to approval.
