Fred Moule has been zoned into 4 areas:

All businesses and organisations must be located within the corresponding zones based on their product / services. All prices quoted below are inclusive of GST and covers all 3 days of the Cairns Show. All weather, convenient and secure inside exhibitor option.

  • Site 66 – 3m x 2.4m (Standard) – $990

  • Site 2 & 3 – 4.5m x 4m – Open to new Food Vendor (no frying / no gas bottles inside Pavilion. Must bring own equipment & temp chattel) – $1,500ea.
  • Site 30 – Trestle table (minimum 2 tables required) – Open to vendors with pre-packed food only – $660ea.
  • Site 38 – 3m x 2.4m (S.Corner) – $1,050
  • Site 47- 3m x 2.4 (Standard) – $990

  • Site 121- 3m x 1.8m (Compact Corner) – $880

INSIDE SITE INCLUSIONS

The following items are included* in your site cost: 

  • Partitions 2.4 metres high (boothing walls as required)
  • Carpet tiles
  • Fascia board, signage and lighting
  • 1 x 10 amp power point (wired)  

Charges will apply should changes be required during set-up to either partitions or fascias that have not been noted on the site application.

The Fred Moule Exhibition Centre is fitted with large ceiling fans to make your exhibiting more pleasant. * For sites inside the Fred Moule Exhibitor Centre – Marketplace (Site 30) and Kids Zone (Site 12, 13, 18 & 19), only a trestle table and chair are included in your site cost.

EXHIBITOR’S ONE DAY PASSES

ADDITIONAL WORKERS PASSES

Additional one day passes must be purchased by the site holder for working staff at $18 each.

The Cairns Show Association reserves the right to limit these. Purchase of more than 10 workers passes must be accompanied with a copy of the staff roster.

Volunteers and staff must work a minimum of 4 hours to qualify for an additional worker’s pass. Workers passes must be ordered by Tuesday 16th July or full admission prices apply.

Workers passes can be collected during business hours from Thursday 11th July until Tuesday 16th July from the Cairns Show Association Show Office.

Ticket collection will require identification by site holder or authorised person.

 

SITE STEWARD’S OFFICE – FRED MOULE EXHIBITION CENTRE

A Site Steward’s office is located at the southern end of the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre.  The office will be open Tuesday to Friday from 9.00 am until closing time. 

 

EXHIBITOR’S TEA ROOM

Fred Moule Exhibition Centre offer its exhibitors the use of a tea room located at the southern end of the building. It will be open Tuesday to Friday of show week.

 

SECURITY

The Fred Moule Exhibition Centre will be securely locked & patrolled outside opening hours as listed on page 10 of the Exhibitor’s Manual.

If you require access when the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre is locked please contact security on 0404 922 605. 

Exhibitor identification will be required. 

 

POWER

A four outlet power board with an overload facility (eg. Ring Grip or Kambrook) is allowable if more than one x 10amp power point is required.

All leads must be tested and tagged (this is a state law requirement) and be clear of the ground and must not impede the flow of pedestrians and vehicles. 

If requirements are different, our electrician must be aware of this to avoid an overload situation occurring.

The Cairns Show Association disallows the use of double adaptors to prevent overloading of circuits.
