Please note: ALL vehicles & bikes will be judged by our esteemed Judge Owen Webb.

• Complete an ONLINE Registration Form, or
• DOWNLOAD, complete your Registration Form, and send it through to [email protected], or
• VISIT the Cairns Show Office, located in the Cairns Showgrounds, and complete a Registration Form in person.

SITES & VENDOR APPLICATIONS

Please complete the Site & Vendor Application Form and send it to [email protected] with your business details, including a list of your products, services, or food items.

You will be required to provide a copy of your Public Liability and relevant Licensing.

The Cairns Show Association is a Not-For-Profit, Charity Organisation that relies solely on Sponsorship to operate the Cairns Show Auto Spectacular. From Prize Donations, to Competition, Trophy and Entertainment Rights, there are many different levels of Minor and Major sponsorship available.

CAMPING

Camping is only available for participants.

ENTERTAINMENT

From the Hot Wheels Stunt Team and their incredible trucks and toys, to the FREE slippery slide and merry-go-round, the Auto Spec is a weekend packed with family fun!

Looking for a thrill, join us for the Go To Whoa, Motorkhana Time Trials, and DYNO events, or enjoy the classic Show N’ Shine.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

There will be a limited number of food stalls available.

These are yet to be confirmed.

There is a bar open from 10am in the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre.
