PLEASE NOTE: the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY! Fred Moule is a prestige, indoor, lockable venue with full security. Security guards will be in attendance roaming the grounds 24/7 prior to, during, and after the event. YOU MUST attach photos to your entry to be considered!

Conditions of Entry
1. Current photos must accompany each entry if you wish to be eligible to be placed inside the Fred Moule Exhibition Centre.
2. Vehicles being judged must have their bonnet, boot and doors unlocked, if not accessible the judges will not judge.
3. All vehicles must remain on site unless prior arrangements are made.

Motor Sport can be dangerous and its therefore a condition of entry that all entrants and spectators enter entirely at their own risk. I understand that the Cairns Show Association, its servants, volunteers, agents, employees and/or sub-contractors take no responsibility for any damage or injury to any person or property whatsoever or howsoever caused. I have read these terms and conditions and accept that the organisers and promoters of this event and their servants, volunteers, agents, employees and/or sub-contractors accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury incurred by me or by my property within this event, and I hereby indemnify them from and against all actions, costs, charges, losses, damages and expenses which shall or may incur or sustain by or by reason of any act or omission in relation to the holding of the Cairns Show Auto Spectacular or for any loss, misfortune or damage which may happen. All entrants must conduct themselves in a civil and well-behaved fashion. People with unacceptable behaviour will be removed from the event and their entitlement cancelled. In such cases, no refund will be given.
