There is a $100 bond on all inside sites. We will check whether there is any existing bonds for your business prior to invoicing. Remember Bonds will be forfeited if exhibitor sites are not manned during the scheduled operating hours.

Authorised Persons
Names of 2 authorised persons to collect passes. Identification will be required when passes are collected. Passes will only be issued to authorised persons.

Each siteholder will receive the following passes with their booking below. These are daily / one-day passes and each worker will need a pass per day. Passes are not transferable.

Additional worker passes can be purchased for $15 per person per day. To purchase more than 10 passes, a work roster must be supplied. The roster must show that staff work a minimum of 4 hours to be eligible for Worker's Passes.

Work Roster
Attach a copy of your shifts / roster if you have requested more than 10 worker's passes. For privacy, we don't require names and numbers of staff / workers / volunteers. However we will require a schedule of your roster.
Carparking Passes
Daily car parking passes can also be purchased. A maximum of 2 car parking passes/spaces per site per day applies. The car park is located behind the Horticulture Building (Cairns Youth Centre Building), with entry into the Showgrounds via the Horticulture Building. All passes are not transferable and prices include GST.

Bump-out Passes
Bump-out passes are used to access the Fred Moule Pavilion after the Cairns Show and for exhibitors need who need extra time to pack down on Friday, Saturday and Monday (not Fred Moule is not open on Sunday).

Bump-out passes are also available on the final day of the event. Please see the Site Stewart for additional bump-out passes. Bump-out passes are complimentary.

Delivery of Stock During Showtime
Should you require delivery of stock during Showtime, then you can drive onto the grounds via Gate 4, Severin St. This can only be done in the mornings prior to opening times.

EXIT OF VEHICLE FROM THE GROUNDS MUST BE BEFORE 8:30AM.
There are no other times available for delivery of stock during Showtime unless walked in.

CSA COVID Safe Expectations*
- Provide own sanitiser on their site.
- Frequent cleaning of high traffic areas on your site (eg. tables, eft machines etc).
- Promote contactless payment methods (if possible).
Although currently not mandated by the Queensland Government, the Cairns Show Association highly recommends all exhibitors continue to implement COVID safe measures.

Please do not enter the Cairns Showgrounds if you or your workers are unwell.

Upon submitting your application, it will be sent to our Sites Co-ordinator and you will be contacted further on assessment of your application and a tax invoice sent to you for payment.
