ECQ – Early Voting Location – State General Election 2024

Early Voting commences on Monday 14^th October until Friday 25^th. Monday to Friday only from 8am – 6pm.

The Cairns Showgrounds will not used on Polling Day 26^th October 2024. Nearest polling booth is Parramatta Park State School.

Within the Electorate of Cairns, the Early Voting Centres (EVC’s) are:

• Parramatta Park EVC (De Jarlis Centre – Downstairs)
• Westcourt EVC (DFO)
• Manunda EVC (Cairns North Tigers AFL Club)

Within the Electorate of Barron River, the Early Voting Centres (EVC’s) are:

• Smithfield EVC (Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park)
• Yorkey’s Knob EVC (Yorkey’s Knob Community Hall)

Within the Electorate of Mulgrave, the Early Voting Centres (EVC’s) are:

• Edmonton EVC (Edmonton Uniting Church)
• White Rock Early Voting Centre (Leichhardt Lions Football Club)

There are no voting facilities at the ECQ office in Mulgrave Road.
