By applying for membership or entering our competitions you consent to provide such details as your name, address and exhibit details. Competition information may be made available to the media and included in CSA publications. Your information will not be disclosed without your consent for any other purpose unless required by the law. I do hereby apply for Membership of the Cairns Agricultural, Pastoral and Mining Association. Should I be accepted as a Member, I hereby agree to accept and abide by the Association’s Rules and Regulations as from time to time amended.

YOUR MEMBER’S SHIELD/S WILL BE SENT TO THE POSTAL ADDRESS WRITTEN ON THIS FORM. NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED IF LOST, STOLEN OR SENT TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS. The Cairns Show Office will notify you via email when your Shield/s have been sent by post. If you’d like to pick up your Shields from the Cairns Show Office, please contact us prior to your arrival so that we may have them ready in advance.
