The Cairns Show Association does NOT offer Venue Hire for the entire MONTH of July due to the preparation and operation of the Annual Cairns Show. Our Staff will NOT attend to any Venue Hire Enquiries sent during the month of July. Your Enquiry will be attended to in the month of August. Please contact the Office if your Enquiry is urgent. We thank you for your patience as we prepare Australia's Largest, Regional, Agricultural Show!

Due to insurance limitations, the Cairns Show Association CANNOT accommodate 18th or 21st birthday parties, as well as bucks or hens celebrations.
VENUE HIRE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
The Cairns Showgrounds is subject to availability and it is recommended that you book well in advance.
