OUTSIDE SITES

Outside sites offer an economical, spacious and lively exhibiting option throughout the Cairns Showgrounds.

Having a physical presence at the Show gives your business or organisation the opportunity to engage face-to-face with existing customers, connect with new audiences and promote your products or services to the wider community across all three days of the Cairns Show.

OUTSIDE SITE AREAS

Outside sites are divided into eight areas:

  • Area A – Mulgrave Road End
  • Area B – Outside Centre Ring / Fearnley Creek
  • Area C – Sideshow Alley
  • Area D – Animal Nursery End
  • Area E – Fearnley Creek Side
  • Area F – Severin Street
  • Area G – Horse Stables End
  • Area H – Fowl & Goat Pavilions End – limited to one vendor

Site allocation is determined by the Cairns Show Association and is based on product category, site requirements, availability and the overall exhibitor mix.

OUTSIDE SITE INCLUSIONS

A clearly marked and designated site area will be provided once your booking has been approved and all required payments have been received.

Outside site fees are generally calculated according to linear frontage and may vary depending on your product category and site requirements.

Power is not available at all outside sites.

Exhibitors who require power should clearly nominate their electrical requirements during the application process.
